Log in to SKEDULIN using Google or Apple, or create an account by selecting the sign-up option in the app. Choose the Client role, then enter the required information, including your email, country, and postal code, and create a password.

Review and accept the legal terms, then submit your registration. Users ages 13–17 must provide a parent’s email address.

If you already have a Service Provider account, you can switch to Client by toggling to “Client” at the bottom of the menu page.

To get started, go to “Find a Service Provider” from the My Menu page in the SKEDULIN app. Search by name, website, country, or postal code, then view the provider’s profile to confirm it’s the right fit and review their services.

Next, go to “My Booking Calendar” under My Menu and tap the green button on the “Book Your New Slot” page to begin booking. Review the provider’s profile and policies for details on services and rules, then select a plan and choose a date and time based on their availability.

After booking with a Service Provider, the SKEDULIN app will take you to the “Pay for Plan” page. You can pay for your booking using any of the payment methods accepted by the provider, such as cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.

Once your payment is received and the provider approves your selected date and time, your booking will be confirmed and your slot reserved.

Can’t make your scheduled appointment?  Tap the date and time on your calendar, or in the "All My Bookings" page, and the SKEDULIN app will prompt you to cancel, reschedule, or skip the booking.

How do I know if the Booking worked?

Service Providers and Clients receive email notifications from SKEDULIN for bookings, updates, cancellations, and payments made or due. Reminder emails are also sent 1 day and 1 hour before each scheduled event.


How do I Request a Booking?

Clients can request a booking by viewing a Service Provider’s calendar and selecting a convenient date and time. The provider will receive an email notification and can approve or decline the request.

Once approved, the client must complete payment according to the provider’s booking requirements for the appointment to be confirmed on both calendars.

After completing your service description, your account will be submitted for review. You’ll see a message indicating that SKEDULIN is reviewing your account—this process is usually quick, so please check back soon.

After logging in, the My Menu page will open. Go to My Plans and Events, then select My Special Events (Fixed Date and Time) for a one-time event, such as a concert or a specific job on a set date and time.

Tap the green “Create a Special Event” button at the bottom of the page, then enter the event details in the required fields. Booking and cancellation fees can also be set if desired. Once completed, tap “Submit” to save.

You can create multiple Special Events in the SKEDULIN app and search through them if you have more than one.


How do I create a RECURRING PLAN?

How do I create a SERVICE PROVIDER Account?

In the SKEDULIN app, go to My Plans and Events from the My Menu page, then select My Recurring Plans (Weekly per Semester) to set up a weekly service (e.g., a semester plan).

Tap the green “Create a Recurring Plan” button at the bottom of the page, then enter the required details like duration, cost, and any applicable fees. When finished, tap "Submit" to save.

You can create multiple Recurring Plans and use the search bar to quickly find them.

How do I create a SINGLE EVENT?

In the SKEDULIN app, go to My Plans and Events from the My Menu page, then select My Single Events (Flexible Date and Time) to create a one-time service—such as a trial piano lesson or a one-time lawn service—that can be booked on any available day.

Tap the green “Create a Single Event” button at the bottom of the page, then enter the event details. Set the status to Active if the event is currently available, and choose the duration, cost, and any applicable fees. When finished, tap "Submit" to save.

You can create multiple Single Events and use the search feature to find them easily. Note: Clients can only request a single-event booking after a Service Provider has created one.


How do I customize the FEES?

Service Providers can set and adjust fees for bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and late payments when creating their accounts and plans. Clients can view these fees in the provider’s profile, policies, and terms for each booking type.
