This privacy policy tells you what to expect SKEDULIN to do with your personal information.
Please note that this App and platform are specifically intended not to serve or collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe that information from someone under the age of 13 has been submitted to or collected by this App, please contact us immediately at the email address below, and we will take steps to verify that and delete any and all such information. We collect or use the following information for the operation of customer accounts and guarantees:
- Names and contact details
- Purchase and/or service history
- Account information, including registration details such as a valid email address, a parent’s email if under 18 years of age, Apple ID or Google account login details, if you prefer to log in that way, username, country, and postal code. We may also ask you to provide or otherwise collect additional information, such as your name, profile details, payment information (for example, in some instances, we process your payment method and credit card number using PayPal), website URLs, details about your listed services, purchases, information and files uploaded by you to the App, or collect information about or contained in your communications with SKEDULIN as well as any of your posts on our blogs or forums and your communication with other users of SKEDULIN. Telephone numbers, websites, and social media URLs are collected voluntarily so Clients can contact Service Providers if they want or need to.

- Third-party vendors may provide us with data to supplement the information we collect about you by applicable laws. For example, we receive fraud warnings from service clients for fraud prevention and risk assessment efforts. We also receive information from enrichment service clients to enhance and personalize your experience and from advertising and marketing partners to manage and measure our campaigns.
- If you link, connect, or log in to your account with a third-party service (e.g., Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), we receive specific information from that service, such as your registration and profile information. This information varies and is controlled by that service or as you authorize it via your privacy settings at that service. If you integrate information from third parties into your account or otherwise integrate your account with third-party systems, tools, or products, we will receive certain information about you according to your permissions from such third parties.
- Your personal SKEDULIN Calendar, created in the App when permission is given, allows Clients to see a Service Provider’s availability to work so Clients can request a booking.
- When joining public events, your name might appear in a list that the public can view.
- It is unlikely, but we may also receive certain information about you if you are invited to SKEDULIN by another user (for example, as part of our collaboration tools and referral program), in such case we will receive limited information, such as your email address or other contact information. We would use it for the same purpose provided and by the terms of this Privacy Policy. We would combine your personal information with information we collect automatically or obtain from other companies and use it for the purposes detailed in this Policy.

If you provide us, or our Service Providers, with any Personal Data relating to other individuals, you represent that you have the authority to do so and acknowledge that it will be used in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

If you navigate to a third-party app or site from the SKEDULIN App, any data you provide to that app or site and any use of that data by the third party are not under the control of SKEDULIN and are not subject to this Policy. This Policy applies solely to personal information collected by our App. If you upload content, including personal information, to a social network and then tag the app or site, your submission will be subject to that social network's terms of use and privacy policy, even where you post on an official SKEDULIN page on the social network. Godaddy hosts our website, including an admin panel where the record of initiated and completed user transactions is maintained.
