SKEDULIN PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies to the SKEDULIN mobile application and related services. It tells you what you can expect SKEDULIN to do with your personal information.
Please note that this App and platform are specifically intended not to serve or collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe that information from someone under the age of 13 has been submitted to or collected by this App, please contact us immediately at the email address below, and we will take steps to verify that and delete any and all such information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our Email is contact@skedulin.com.
What Information We Collect, Use, and Why
We collect or use the following information for the operation of customer accounts and guarantees:
- Names and contact details
- Purchase and/or service history
- Account information, including registration details such as a valid email address, a parent’s email if under 18 years of age, Apple ID or Google account login details, if you prefer to log in that way, username, country, and postal code. We may also ask you to provide or otherwise collect additional information, such as your name, profile details, and payment information (for example, in some instances, payments are processed through third-party payment processors, such as PayPal, and SKEDULIN does not store or directly process your full credit card information), website URLs, details about your listed services, purchases, information and files uploaded by you to the App, or collect information about or contained in your communications with SKEDULIN as well as any of your posts on our blogs or forums and your communication with other users of SKEDULIN. Telephone numbers, websites, and social media URLs are collected voluntarily so Clients can contact Service Providers if they want or need to.
- Optional Photos or Avatars
- Record of when transactions were completed between Users
- Third-party vendors may provide us with data to supplement the information we collect about you, as required by applicable laws. These may include analytics providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and marketing partners. For example, we receive fraud warnings from service clients for fraud prevention and risk assessment efforts. We also receive information from enrichment service clients to enhance and personalize your experience and from advertising and marketing partners to manage and measure our campaigns.
- If you link, connect, or log in to your account with a third-party service (e.g., Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), we receive specific information from that service, such as your registration and profile information. This information varies and is controlled by that service, or by you, as authorized via your privacy settings at that service. If you integrate information from third parties into your account or otherwise integrate your account with third-party systems, tools, or products, we will receive certain information about you according to your permissions from such third parties.
- A Service Provider’s personal SKEDULIN Calendar, created in the App when permission is given, allows Clients to see their availability to work so Clients can request a booking. Clients only see a Service Provider’s availability, not other Client’s private details. A Service Provider might choose to share their own private information under their Public Profile, but a Client’s information is not shared on the Service Provider’s SKEDULIN calendar, in the App.
- In limited cases, we may receive certain information about you if you are invited to SKEDULIN by another user (for example, as part of our collaboration tools and referral program); in such a case, we will receive limited information, such as your email address or other contact information. We use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We would combine your personal information with information we collect automatically or obtain from other companies and use it for the purposes detailed in this Policy.
